Donka Todorova          Donka Todorova grew up in Bulgaria. She received her Masters Degree of Law from the University of Bulgaria. She worked as an Attorney at Law and as a Senior Legal Advisor in a Legal Department at the Regional Tax Department in Bulgaria. After obtaining citizenship in the United States, she received her Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Willian Rainey Harper College. She is now an invaluable member of Kozar Law Office LLC. While in law school he participated in Honors Moot Court and Mediation Competitions as well as working for the Honorable Judge Alexander White in the Law Division at the Daley Center. Mr. Kozar has a general law practice, handling both civil and criminal cases with a focus on family law, real estate, estate planning and probate, business and commercial law, personal injury, and homeowners association.    In addition to a successful law practice, Mr. Kozar teaches as an Adjunct professor for Lewis University. He has owned the real estate brokerage, Kozar Real Estate Group, since 2001. In his free time he enjoys sailing in beautiful Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. Jack Kozar
